Setting up and using Cast4ME

Setting up Cast4ME is easy. This YouTube video walks you through the process, setting up Cast4ME, and viewing live tv via DLNA from a client (VLC in this demo). Later videos will demonstrate how to watch the channels from other client devices, like Smart TVs etc.

 

Streaming to the Internet

This video demonstrates how setup Cast4ME to stream TV channels to the Internet using HTTP Live ("HLS"). When streaming to the Internet using HLS, Cast4ME is continually generating small video files, and uploading these to your webserver, which can then be watched by web browsers anywhere on the Internet
